Cancellation Policy :

NOTE: Should you wish to cancel your booking once it has been accepted by Lazydays - we must receive written instructions from the person who made the booking to this effect. The cancellation will take effect from the day the written confirmation is received.

The following scale of Cancellation Charges apply:

More than 70 days before the start of the holiday - 33% of Total Holiday Cost

Between 36-69 days - 50% of Total Holiday Cost

35 days before the start of holiday - 100% of Total Holiday Cost

Security Deposit :

"A refundable security deposit of Rs.10000 is required at the time the final balance is paid. This will be refunded within 14 days of your return by Account Payee Cheque at par less any deductions for loss or damage. The cheque will be sent by courier to your address given on the booking form. We reserve the right to retain the security deposit either in part or in full to cover damage theft or breakages. This may also include additional cleaning costs for spills stains etc. Receipts for repairs/replacements will be provided in the unlikely event that such retention of the security deposit is required. We reserve the right to pursue a guest for recompense for any and all damages caused which may exceed the value of the security deposit and will require payment within 14 days of being served notice of this. Failure to pay the security deposit by the due date may result in the cancellation of the booking and forfeit of all monies."

La Quinta, Saipem

Split level elegance in a gated community villa with private pool spells out luxury.

La Quinta, to simply put it, is a house built around a beautiful garden. The villa is set in a half an acre of terraced land on Saipem Hill. The garden is a labour of love with lawns, flowering borders, cozy patio area with shady trees and a rockery. To maximize space and light and give it an interesting feel, La Quinta has been designed on three levels. The garden level is the lowest and has a large bedroom with ensuite bathroom and gorgeous garden views from the balcony. The ground level has a well–equipped kitchen, two bedrooms that share a bathroom and a large open plan sitting and dining area. The living area has comfortable sofas and chairs. There’s also a custom-made dining table for eight persons. On either side of the sitting area is a covered terrace, one leading to the garden and one to the pool. The private pool is a perfect place to spend an afternoon with a book or a drink interspersed with dips in the water. The next level has only one large bedroom with ensuite bathroom, walk-in dressing room and a balcony with views of the garden. All the bedrooms, living and dining area have air-conditioning. The house also comes with a barbeque.

Saipem village is about ten minutes drive from Candolim beach. It is a peaceful area, luckily bypassed by the tourist influx. La Quinta is inside an exclusive gated community on Saipem Hill with ten individually designed villas. The gated community is accessed from a quiet street with mostly independent houses.

We have had a wonderful time here sitting on the lovely balcony and catching the early morning sun and the excellent the beautifully tended and colorful garden with the soft song of the bulbuls in the garden. Thank you for a lovely stay in your little Goan paradise.
